I love summer I love the sun! But I’ve always hated wearing sunblocks! They leave me a greasy feeling and make my skin feeling dry by the end of the day! That’s why I was very happy to find out about L’OCCITANE Angelica UV Shield SPF 40!
The Angelica series is a hydrating serie that’s for skin that lacks water, instead of simply dry skins. When you have dry skin, your skin needs excess oil. But when your skin is dehydrated, your skin doesn’t need water, which is why you need a facial product that’s able to lock water in your skin.
I know my skin is definitely not dry. But I often have excess oil and fine lines on my face at the same time. This is exactly how your face look like when it’s DEHYDRATED! Your skin produces excess oil to make up for the lack of water.
I accidentally used this product when I borrowed it from a friend because I ran out of sunblocks. I instantly FELL IN LOVE and bought it on the same day! This product leaves a powery and clean feeling on my face, while blocking the sun. The lady at L’OCCITANE told me the UV shield SPF 40 is different from the normal SPF 15 (which they also have in the Angelica serie). The UV shield puts a shield to protect your skin from outside, while the normal SPF puts it inside of your skin and kills the UV light in your skin.
I think I’ve said enough here but I strongly recommend you to try, if you haven’t had a good experience with sunblocks like me! I’m also gonna start trying more L’OCCITANE product facial product!

Then I realized I own so many items from “benefit.” Started from their famous boxed blush, which comes out with new colors once in a while!! My current favorite one is the “CORALista”! It is natural peach with a little bit of glittering that is perfect for an everyday wear! The “Dandelion” was my old favorite before the “CORALista” came out!

Then I bought their “That Gal” Primer, which is very famous among younger people. It corrects your facial color and makes your face look brighter. It also works great under foundation or BB cream. However, it doesn’t cover your pores or pimple scars, which is why I went on to try the “Pore Professional“.
This product is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I felt in love the first moment applying it. It made my skin look and feel so soft and indeed poreless!

In addition, it smells great and can be used with another primer that corrects the tone (for example “That Gal”). But I found it great to be used by itself! I also like how it made my BB cream look so thin and natural on my face.
For those who still hasn’t found “their” primer, go try it out! Sephora has a great 30-day return policy even after you used the product!
It is probably easier to believe that sleeping makes you gain weight than to help you lose weight. However, it’s true!! Sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night helps you lose weight, or at least prevents you from gaining weight!!!

No wonder I always eat more after pulling an all-nighter. I used to think that I needed food to keep me up. But now that I think of it, it’s probably the hunger hormone that’s making me eat!
It’s hard to maintain a 7-hour sleep with the world we live in. But let’s at least be aware of this fact so we can control our eating habit the day after a tiring night.

As I was browsing pictures of beaches and bikini girls, I realized that being skinny is NOT hot at all!! What makes bikini girls hot is their body shapes, and abs!!!
I started doing sit-ups everyday but realized that I can only do 100 times max. In addition, I couldn’t train my side-abs at all.

After waiting for TWO HOURS we finally got a seat at the famous wild honey http://www.wildhoney.com.sg/10/index.htm brunch place at Mandarin Gallery.
Their breakfast menu is very interesting, it’s named with places of the world (culture?) instead of what the dish is about. I got the Japanese Style which is very light and fresh. Their fresh-squeezed OJ is also very famous! You can taste the bitterness of an orange and fruit-meat!
I definitely recommend this restaurant if you ever happen to be in Singapore!
